  This is a beautiful historical cemetery in Richmond. Unfortunately, we have had the worst experience having worked with Bob Dawson (one of the three options listed for contracting monument work). He will call you non-stop for your business, and once he has your money...good luck trying to get a hold of him. We tried to cancel since he was unable to complete the work within time period he agreed with before transaction. After so many calls and finally hearing from him...he is trying to take advantage of my father by calling him and telling him he will be reimbursed only a percentage of what he actually charges. My father unaware of pricing just said ok. Morton Cemetery will not help with this situation. I ask that you all be very careful who you will select for contracting monument work. Dawson will take advantage of the situation, as he is holding our money hostage at the moment...and don't expect Morton Cemetery to help because THEY WON'T.
