  Very compassionate and understanding during a very difficult time

  I HIGHLY recommend Paws Memorial. Please, do not take your fur baby anywhere else. At Paws, they are SO comforting and understanding. They won't make you feel crazy if you burst into tears. Prices are reasonable and they took such fantastic care of my baby Maggie. They laid her in a small basket with a blanket and a red rose (and I was given a second red rose to bring home). It was beautiful. Almost like a private wake. She looked like she was happily sleeping. I had to leave Maggie overnight which freaked me out at first, but once I met Cay and her son I wasn't afraid to leave her. They are very welcoming and have an open-door policy. She does not view your beloved pet as just a thing. She views them as family and she will treat you like family, too. Cay and her son are both very understanding and very patient. I never once felt rushed to make any decisions or to leave Maggie. They gave us as much time with her to say our last goodbyes as we needed. Paws is the best experience you can have in this trying time. Cay is a wonderful person with a wonderful soul. She is worth the drive to Sugarland. My boyfriend and I will never forget her.

  Thank you. We lost our one of pets yesterday...it was suddenly happened.
  They respect our part of our life and took care our cat baby...I am still sad but they made us feel better...

  This place is amazing for some of the most difficult times in a pet lovers life. They took care of us from the time we first talked to them (which was several months until our baby actually passed) until we came to pick up his remains. We will never even consider going anywhere else for memorial services for our beloved pets. Thank you ....

  Paws memorial services went above and beyond to take care of my cat Felix and I, assuring comfort and care for all parties involved. I couldn't recommend this businesses more highly. It was perfection.
